The challenge was to divide particular leads accordingly to the source, from which they come from. It rendered the customer service more difficult, the actions taken on the leads are not always stored in the system. Vendors had to waste their time for transferring data manually form system to system because the marketing department had a separate database.
Together with DEKRA Certification, Z Partner had prepared the implementation plan to assume better organization in the sales department.
- The main database was settled in Zoho CRM and comprehensively integrated with other tools like Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Survey, Zoho Campaigns and also other external systems.
- Customized forms made in Zoho Forms divide particular leads accordingly to its source.
- Additional facilities like : automatic calculation of training profitability , SMS and email notifications for customers and modules for generating coupons.
